You can find me working as a Quality Analyst on the Google Assistant, an AI powered virtual assistant. My previous roles include Lead Support Specialist at Facebook, where I managed the day-to-day operations of a technical support team. I also helped redesign the Ads Manager Interface at Pinterest to help improve the overall advertiser experience.
